Ingredients:
• ½ cup frozen cherries
• 2 heaping tablespoons vanilla protein Greek yogurt
• Cashew & almond protein milk (enough to fill the blender cup)
Instructions:
1. Add Cherries
Fill your personal blender cup about halfway with frozen cherries.
Cherries are rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds that support recovery and reduce muscle soreness.
2. Spoon in Yogurt
Add 2 heaping tablespoons of vanilla protein Greek yogurt on top.
Greek yogurt is loaded with protein and probiotics—great for muscle repair and gut health.
3. Pour in Milk
Fill the rest of the cup with cashew & almond protein milk.
This plant-based milk adds a smooth texture and extra protein, plus it’s usually lower in sugar than dairy milk.
4. Blend Until Smooth
Blend for 30–60 seconds or until creamy. Add more milk if needed for consistency.
5. Enjoy!
Pour into a glass or drink straight from the blender cup.
